People Of Complaining
I often conclude that we are a people of complaining, whinging and whining. I remember when I used to work for an Internet company in support - they use to tell me that if a customer experiences something negative, they will tell 10 people. If they experience something positive, they will tell 1 person.
Why is this? What is the psychology behind it?
And we Muslims have not done much to be different. I hear so many complaints and so little positive remarks.
Sometimes I wonder: did the Prophet [s] ever complain? I’ve never seen a hadith to suggest that he did.

What is complaining? According to answers.com, one definition is “To whine or find fault with something or someone.” Another is to ‘grumble about’.
If someone was to define us with the above description, would we be happy?
So why do we complain so much?
Let us make efforts to turn that statistic around - by telling 10 people about positive experiences and 1 person about a negative experience.
